Lately, i have been interested in reading articles about health. Since, i worked graveyard shift in a call center industry. I have been exposed to all kinds of stress whether it’s environmental, management, co-officemates and of course to my work. I have been feeling a lot of sickness such as flu, insomia, headaches, dysmenorrhea and a whole lot more. I can not see myself working in this industry for spending more years.
Working in a graveyard shift will lead you to suffer a lot of diseases from physical to mental diseases. Prolonged working in this schedule of work will lead you being obese, breast cancer, colon cancer, digestive disorders, diabetes, aging and i can’t type anymore since i know there will be a lot more to discover if you will work for more years. As i read a lot of articles in the net, it helps me be aware that i should be concious of my health. Start to discipline your health while your young. Health is weath and you should take care of your health since that is your only way to reach your success in life. From now on, i will take care of my health and i will do everything as much as i can being healthy.
Now that i fully understand how to take care of my health by simply being conscious of what i eat, before i eat my meal i make it sure that i am following my diet. Eat veggies and fruits as a part of your daily routine, aim to drink 8 cups of water or more and of course the very powerful EXERCISE which gives oxygen to your neurons which is good for your brain. Exercise at least 1 hour a day, but don’t exercise 2 hours before you sleep it will lead you to insomnia but there is no scientific fact about whether not to exercise or to exercise before you sleep since other people are more tired if they exercise closer to the time they got sleep. I suggest that you should read a lot of articles about health.
Since, i have very very stressful lifestyle and busy woman, i tend to forgot to do exercise. I know exercising and drinking a lot of water gives you the foundation of youth and strong immune system. If you are a type of person who care so much about aging and to improve mental health and concern how to have a good memory. Exercising is the best key, eating organic foods such as veggies and fruits and DRINK a lot of water. Don’t forget to add fish and meat in your diet since that is a good source of protein and energy to to your health.
Also, journaling is a one way to improve your memory and also help you have a good sleep. Before i am tired of writing blogs or articles in the web but when i read a site in the internet about how to improve your memory, journaling is a good way to help you being sharp and keep active. Journaling about any articles that interest you helps you distress and will not lead you to being forgetful, dementia and alzheimers diseases.(Memory disorders). This is one of the best way that i can express myself through writing, now i start to write again, i feel relieved and stress free. I am reserved type of person through writing it helps me find a place where to expand my horizons and giving comments about what and how i feel.
